EPOTEC YD 128G

Epotec YD 128G is an unmodified liquid epoxy resin with medium viscosity produced from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin. This is a standard liquid epoxy resin and a wide variety of curing agents are available to cure this liquid epoxy resin at ambient conditions and also at elevated temperature. When cured with appropriate hardener, Epotec YD 128G gives excellent mechanical, chemical, electrical and adhesion properties. Because of these properties it finds use in various applications.

Epotec YD 128G is produced from epichlorohydrin derived from the renewable bio-diesel by-product glycerine. Bio-content of Epotec YD 128G is 26% minimum.

EPOTEC RD 108G is mono-glycidyl ether of C12-C14 fatty alcohol. The primary use of EPOTEC RD 108G is as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. EPOTEC RD 108G is compatible in all concentrations with epoxy resin and those resins blends can be cured with variety of epoxy hardeners. EPOTEC RD 108G is 100% bio-based product.

EPOTEC YDF 170 LCG

Epotec YDF 170 LCG is unmodified low viscosity Diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol F. Epotec YDF 170 LCG provides improved crystallization resistance relative to Epotec YDF 170. It offers advantage in terms of processing due to low viscosity and provides better chemical resistance compared to Bisphenol-A based liquid resins. It brings down viscosity without affecting performance parameters unlike reactive diluent modified resin that affects chemical and thermal resistance of the system substantially. Epotec YDF 170 LCG is produced from epichlorohydrin derived from the renewable bio-diesel by-product glycerine. Biobased-content is 28-31%.
