Deuteron MM 823 has been developed for use in solvent-based and solvent-free, non-aqueous coating systems, printing inks and powder coatings. The presence of PTFE in Deuteron MM 823 generally spoils wetting when the product is used in water.

Deuteron MM 823 imparts coatings a high resistance to metal marking and abrasion. Scratch resistance will be improved. The product is non thermoplastic. Its use imparts good blocking stability. Increased dosage interferes with the coating‘s gloss.

DOWSIL™  51 ADDITIVE is a water-dispersible, ultra-high-molecular-weight polydimethyl silicone dispersion that imparts slip and mar resistance. DOWSIL™  51 ADDITIVE reduces coefficient of friction, provides anti-blocking and improves mar resistance for the application in ink, coating and paint product production.
