RAPIDUR™ B739 is designed for polyuerethane no-bake binder system, with a low odour, high strength, good breakdown and shakeout system. RAPIDUR™ B739 is a isocyanate solution. RAPIDUR™ B739 is used in large or small quantities of cores and moulds, from floor molding through to high speed ‘loop’ and carousel operations for cast iron, steel, bronze, or light alloy castings. The Rapidur binder system exhibits very high front end strengths, a fast thru-cure, low odour, and low lustrous carbon. This system is suitable for use in all types of ambient conditions.

RAPIDSET™ B130 designed to use in polyuerethane no-bake binder system to promote ease of shakeout for low temperature non ferrous casting, with the benefits in low VOC, low odour, fast curing and high strength urethane system. RAPIDSET™ B130 is a Isocyanate Solution. RAPIDSET™ B130 is used in large or small quantities of cores and moulds for aluminium or light alloy castings and bronze, but can be used also for cast iron and steel. High front end strengths, low odour, low VOC and low lustrous carbon. This system is suitable for use in all types of ambient conditions and with all foundry sands.

RAPIDUR™ A733 is designed for polyuerethane no-bake binder system, with a low odour, high strength, good breakdown and shakeout system. RAPIDUR™ A733 has a low formaldehyde phenolicbinder (less than 0.1% formaldehyde). RAPIDUR™ A733 is used in large or small quantities of cores and moulds, from floor molding through to high speed ‘loop’ and carousel operations for cast iron, steel, bronze, or light alloy castings. The Rapidur binder system exhibits very high front end strengths, a fast thru-cure, low odour, and low lustrous carbon. This system is suitable for use in all types of ambient conditions.

ALUDUR™ ULTRA B 2.0 is used in polyurethane no-bake binder system for non-ferrous metal casting, which has low odour, high strength & superior shakeout system.
