BTC® 885 is a highly active, broad spectrum quaternary which is extremely effective in hard water. It can be formulated into a wide variety of disinfectant, sanitizer and fungicidal products for use in nursing homes, hospitals and public institutions. It has a color APHA of 200 maximum.

Sufraquat BK80 is a broad-spectrum disinfectant based on benzyl-c12-16-alkyldimethyl ammonium chlorides. This product is highly effective with short contact time against a large number of typical gram positive and gram-negative bacterial organisms, and fungi.

Thymol is a colorless, crystalline powder with a purity ranging from 99.0% to 101.0% (C10H14O). This synthetic product meets USP/NF grade standards and is identified through infrared absorption and specific tests for melting range or temperature. It has a melting range of 48-51°C and is packed in 25 kg drums. For optimal preservation, it should be stored in tight, light-resistant containers. Thymol has a shelf life of 24 months and is ideal for various pharmaceutical applications.

Novaguard COS is a clear, water-white to pale yellow liquid preservative blend composed of phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, and chlorphenesin. It offers broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection without parabens, formaldehyde, or isothiazolones, making it suitable for cosmetics and personal care products. Novaguard COS is compatible with various formulations, including skin, hair, and sun care, and is effective in water/silicone emulsions with a low odor profile, ideal for fragrance-sensitive applications.
