NATRACOL CARMINE LIQUID is a high-quality, deep red/magenta liquid derived from carminic acid extracted from the female cochineal beetle. This carmine solution is stabilized under alkaline conditions to create a vivid and stable colorant suitable for a variety of food applications.
Packaged in 25kg jerry cans, NATRACOL CARMINE LIQUID is also available in custom sizes upon request. For best results, store at a refrigerated temperature (5 – 15°C) and protect from air, light, moisture, and heat to preserve its color strength.
