L'OLIO DI ARGAN RAFFINATO è ottenuto dal nucleo dell'albero di argano (Argania Spinosa) che cresce principalmente nel sud del Marocco. Il contenuto di olio dei chicchi è del 40-45%. L'olio si ottiene quasi esclusivamente tramite pressatura a freddo e di solito non viene raffinato. È caratterizzato da un intenso colore giallo e odore caratteristico.
