Lory Starch Solaris is a cold-soluble, crosslinked and acetylated wheat starch. Lory Starch Solaris displays thickening performance already in cold, aqueous liquids. In solution this pregelatinized starch is not prone to gel formation. Lory® Starch Solaris is used as a binder and thickener in various foodstuffs, especially in cold preparable cakes/flan fillings, desserts, sauces and convenience products.

Lory® Starch Elara is a resistant type 4 wheat starch with a high proportion of indigestible parts for humans. The fibre content is over 90 % in DM. Applications include baked products and pasta products.
