REVACRYL DV 370 est une émulsion aqueuse d’un polymère acrylique réticulant lui-même. Propriétés du film L’évaporation de l’eau au-dessus de la température minimale de formation du film laisse un film clair et incolore, très doux, très élastique et collant à température ambiante. Ce film est en grande partie lié à des liens croisés. La réticulation complète est obtenue par un traitement thermique supplémentaire. Le film réticulé est insoluble dans l’eau et résistant à de nombreux acides et alcalis. Il est pratiquement insoluble dans les solvants couramment utilisés. Il vaut la peine d’insister sur une bonne résistance au vieillissement et aux intempéries. Le REVACRYL DV 370 est utilisé pour les adhésifs flocants avec une très bonne résistance à l’abrasion humide.

EMULTEX 585 is a polyvinyl alcohol stabilised vinyl acetate homopolymer dispersion. EMULTEX 585 has been developed as a fast setting, clean running cost effective base for packaging, wood and ceramic tile adhesives. EMULTEX 585 is particularly characterised by its near Newtonian low shear rheology which confers excellent viscosity stability with varying machine speeds.

EMULTEX 5497 is a polyvinyl alcohol stabilised vinyl acetate/acrylic copolymer dispersion. EMULTEX 5497 exhibits good adhesion to a range of low energy surfaces and finds particular use as a base for adhesives used to bond PVC foils to chipboard, where it shows very good heat and plasticiser resistance. EMULTEX 5497 can also be used in a wide variety of other adhesives like adhesives to plastic flooring and wall tile adhesives.

PLEXTOL A 155 is a low VOC aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic acrylic polymer. PLEXTOL A 155 is a steam stripped product that provides a high adhesion and cohesion level, which makes it specifically suitable for speciality tapes where a low VOC is required, e.g. tapes for automotive applications.
