SOJA TVP - TEXVEGTM GR-25 (GRANULÉS, 2-5MM) est également connu sous le nom de protéine de soja texturée, de viande de soja ou de morceaux de soja est fabriqué à partir de l’extrusion de farine de soja déshuilée sans OGM. La farine de soja est chauffée jusqu’à 150°C à haute pression, ce qui la dénature en un réseau fibreux, insoluble et poreux qui peut absorber plus de trois fois son propre poids en liquides. Lorsque le produit sort de l’extrudeuse, la chute soudaine de la pression provoque une expansion rapide en un produit solide gonflé qui est séché. Les TVP sont disponibles sous différentes formes comme le hachis, les flocons, les granulés, les morceaux, les nuggets, les steaks et en différentes tailles (granulés : 1-3 mm, 2-5 mm et 3-7 mm ; morceaux : 10 mm +) et couleurs (naturel, caramel, rouge).
