PEG-12 Dimethicone

BELSIL® GB 50 is a copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and organic glycol. BELSIL® OW 2100 DE has good compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients, such as water and alcohol. It is stable in water systems. BELSIL® OW 2100 DE has a calculated HLB of 12. Excellent conditioning effect can be achieved with low dosage level in formulation.

BELSIL® DM 1000 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. BELSIL® DM 1000 is characterized by low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Due to their flexible polymer backbone, dimethicones have high permeability to gases (e.g. water vapor, oxygen), which allows respiration of the skin.

BELSIL® CM 3092 (Cyclopentasilaxane, Dimethiconol) is a blend of cyclopentasiloxane and a high-molecular dimethiconol. Due to its composition, it combines the properties of the low-viscosity, volatile cyclopentasiloxane and the extremely high-viscosity dimethiconol. The excellent spreading of cyclopentasiloxane allows a good distribution of the high-viscosity conditioning agent dimethiconol.
