FD SWEET CORN OVEGI Fresh Matured Sweet Corn which are processed during the season and stored in frozen condition. Process steps from Raw material to Finished Product: This includes peeling, cutting to remove kernels, blanching (95°C, 6 minutes), blast freezing (-24°C, 2 hrs) and freeze drying (70 – 120°C in 8 hrs cycling process) under conditions hygienically controlled and monitored.

FUTURALS PRO CINNAMON BROWN XL is an apple extract derived from freshly harvested apples which are gently dried after extracting the juice. It contains the apple's own sugar and contains the apple's own fruit acids. The high level of colouring is obtained with plant components (polyphenolic substances) and it is possible to obtain a golden brown up to dark brown colour shades.  The colour is stable from pH 3 through to 7 and has good light and heat stability.  This extract can be used to replace Caramel Colours and eliminate E numbers from the label. 

Lake Allura Red is a water-insoluble pigment. It is widely used to impart a vibrant red hue to various products. The lake form of the dye is created by combining the dye with a substrate, typically aluminium hydroxide, which makes it insoluble in water but dispersible in oils and fats. Used in confectionery, baked goods and snacks as well as tablet coatings, syrups and other medicinal products to enhance visual appeal. Can also be incorporated into cosmetics.
