Dynavisc 289 is a Polyglycerol Polyricinoleate (PGPR). Dynavisc 289 is used in low-fat spreads and to produce mould release agents for the baking industry. It can also be used to reduce chocolate viscosity.
DYNASORB-M SMS is used in instant dry yeast, non-dairy whipped toppings and ice creams. In instant dry yeast it acts as a rehydration agent. In non-dairy products it acts as a dispersion agent and foam stabiliser. In ice creams it aids in the reduction of water crystal formation.
