SYLOID® 244 F

SYLOID® 244 F Food and Cosmetics Additive is a synthetic amorphous silica appearing as a white free flowing powder. It has a very high purity and is taste and odor-free. It meets the purity requirements for food additives as published in the latest edition of the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC), Regulation (EU) No 231/2012 for E 551 and D325 of Japanese Standards. Furthermore, it complies with the demands for food supplements according to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 on contaminants in foodstuff and for feed additives pursuant to Directive 2002/32/EC on undesirable substances in animal feed. SYLOID® 244 F can also be used in cosmetic formulations according to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.

Tapicoa Dextrin 11 is a starch derivative which can be used in carriers in dry mixes, as thickeners in liquid foods, and as film formers in food coatings. TAPIOCA Dextrin offers varying levels of solubility. This starch line acts as an adhesive coating for candy, snack and vegetable, and meat substrates. In batters and breadings, it enables expansion of the coating during baking or frying.
