Roots
Roots represent COSUCRA's foundation and connection to the local agricultural environment.
- 1852: Sugar plant established in Warcoing, Belgium
- 1982: Began chicory-based ingredient production
- 1986: Started chicory root fiber (inulin) production
- 1990: Initiated pea protein production
- 2006: Merged into COSUCRA Groupe Warcoing
- 2015: Innovated management with the liberating business model
- From 2017: Invested in state-of-the-art technology for pea and chicory plants
