Pilcure ZDC is a non-staining, ultra-fast accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber, enhancing vulcanization efficiency in latex-based compounds. It is particularly effective in latex applications such as foam and coir products. Pilcure ZDC disperses well in latex and dry rubber compounds and does not decompose in the absence of sulfur. It is also effective in low-unsaturation rubbers like butyl and EPDM when used as a secondary accelerator.

Pilcure ZMBT is a semi-ultra fast accelerator primarily used in natural and synthetic rubber compounds, including NR, SBR, NBR, and BR. With a critical cure temperature of approximately 120°C, it ensures efficient vulcanization at 125°C, offering enhanced scorch safety and improved aging characteristics, particularly in latex foam products.
