TRIPAC PVC/PE/PVdC 250/30/90*

TRIPAC PVC/PE/PVdC 250/30/90* is Rigid mono PVC film laminated with PE film and then coated with PVdC. This highly crystalline coating provides a significantly higher barrier against water vapor and PE layer gives necessary flexibility to structure that helps in smooth cavity formation during thermoforming.

PVC/ACLAR 250/51* is Transparent, Opaque or colored rigid PVC film laminated with PCTFE films (Aclar®). Purpose for developing this film is to pack pharmaceutical products in blister, which can have ability to see through, extremely high-water vapor barrier is the additional benefit of this composite film. This is a regulatory grade of material.
