ZA201 CARBON FIBER FABRIC

ZA201 Carbon Fiber Fabric is a flexible, woven, unidirectional carbon fiber fabric made from PAN-based 12K carbon fiber filaments. It is used as an externally applied reinforcement for strengthening concrete, timber, and masonry structures, meeting PRC National Standards: GB50367-2013, GB50728-2011, and GB/T21490-2008. The standard areal weight is 200g/m2 and 300g/m2, with widths ranging from 10cm to 100cm, and customized production is available. It is designed for experienced professionals for structural strengthening to increase flexural and shear loading capacity, improve seismic performance, replace missing steel reinforcement, and enhance service life and durability. The fabric is chemical and corrosion-resistant, compatible with different materials and adhesives, stable due to heat-set weft fibers, and multifunctional for various applications. It is flexible to accommodate different surface planes and geometries, available in different widths, lightweight, cost-effective compared to traditional strengthening techniques, and has a low aesthetic impact.

ZA202 CFRP PLATE

ZA202 CFRP Plate is a pre-cured carbon fiber reinforced polymer designed for high-performance structural strengthening. It consists of high tensile strength and high modulus carbon fibers, encapsulated in a thermoset resin and cured under pressure using the pultrusion process. These plates offer optimized properties, including high fiber volumes, nearly zero void content, and consistent straightness, making them ideal for flexural strengthening of buildings, bridges, beams, ceilings, and walls. Available in various thicknesses and shapes, ZA202 CFRP plates are also suited for wind energy, infrastructure, and deep-sea exploration applications.
