MAG SULPHATE HEPTAHYDRATE FCC
MAG SULPHATE HEPTAHYDRATE FCC, commonly known as Epsom salt, is a chemical compound composed of magnesium, sulphur and water molecules in a crystalline form. It is highly soluble in water, colourless and odorless so ideal for beverage fortification as a source of Magnesium. As well as mineral water and electrolyte drinks; end uses include fortification of cereals and energy drinks, cheese manufacturing, Pickling, Baking, brewing and wine making, tofu production and food preservation to prolong shelf life.
