FIBRULOSE™ F97 is a soluble dietary fiber derived from chicory root, extracted through hot water processing. As a non-digestible oligosaccharide belonging to the fructan group, it consists mainly of fructose units with ß2-1 bonds, often ending with a glucose unit, with a total chain length ranging from 2 to 20 units. This fine granulated powder is easy to disperse and highly soluble without impacting viscosity. FIBRULOSE™ F97 is suitable for various food applications and dietary supplements, providing fiber fortification, sugar and calorie reduction, and promoting digestive health and calcium absorption. It does not contain added sugars.

Pisane P960 - From the yellow pea, PISANE P960 pea protein is a nutritious, functional and sustainable plant protein isolate dedicated to wet and dry extrusion technologies for the plant-based and hybrid savoury market. Thanks to its fibration properties and lower sodium content, PISANE P960 contributes to mimic the texture of fish and meat with a high protein content. PISANE P960 is also a strategic asset in the development of micro-pellets for innovative protein dense snack and chip solutions. Its improved flow properties allow better fluidity in powder processing equipment, thereby reducing the risk of blockages, while ensuring a more uniform finished product.

FIBROFOS™ 60 is dried chicory root reduced to a powder product (99,5%). An anti-caking is added (0,5%) to improve the flow ability of the product. It is a raw material for animal feed. Fibrofos™ 60 is specifically high in inulin (65 % on product and 72% on DM). The inulin is a soluble fibre with prebiotic effects bound to the pulp fraction of the chicory root. This pulp fraction (+/- 35%) is composed of pectin, hemicellulose, and cellulose. Fibrofos™ 60 is also a quite interesting source of sesquiterpene lactone.
