Due to its properties it is often featured in products for dry areas, stretch marks and blemishes reduction and again in products with pro-aging appeal, such as firming action, improvement of the skin's natural elasticity, skin tone uniformity, tissue regeneration. Combined with actives such as hyaluronic acid, studies prove its action, whether independently in stimulating the natural synthesis of hyaluronic acid in the body, or as a booster in the action of this asset. On the hair, it is highly indicated for conditioning products, as its high composition of long-chain behenic acid favors the promotion of conditioning, softness, shine, volume and frizz control. It helps seal the hair cuticles repairing split ends and preventing hair loss due to breakage.
