EPOTEC YD 128G

Epotec YD 128G is an unmodified liquid epoxy resin with medium viscosity produced from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin. This is a standard liquid epoxy resin and a wide variety of curing agents are available to cure this liquid epoxy resin at ambient conditions and also at elevated temperature. When cured with appropriate hardener, Epotec YD 128G gives excellent mechanical, chemical, electrical and adhesion properties. Because of these properties it finds use in various applications.

Epotec YD 128G is produced from epichlorohydrin derived from the renewable bio-diesel by-product glycerine. Bio-content of Epotec YD 128G is 26% minimum.

With a lower viscosity than Epotec YD 128, it offers improved processing and application flexibility. It is compatible with various curing agents, delivering excellent mechanical, chemical, and adhesion properties. Ideal for coatings, adhesives, composites, and industrial applications.

Epotec YD 127G is an unmodified liquid epoxy resin with medium viscosity produced from bisphenol-A and epichlorohydrin. It’s viscosity is lower than Epotec YD 128 and hence is preferred over Epotec YD 128 where lower viscosity plays important role in processing and application. A wide variety of curing agents are available to cure this liquid epoxy resin at ambient conditions and also at elevated temperature. When cured with appropriate hardener, Epotec YD 127G gives excellent mechanical, chemical, electrical and adhesion properties. Because of these properties it finds use in various applications. Epotec YD 127G is produced from epichlorohydrin derived from the renewable bio-diesel by-product glycerine. Biobased-content is 26-29%.
