With a minimum Brix level of 65°, it delivers a rich and tangy flavor profile ideal for fruit blends, functional beverages, or dairy-based drinks. The concentrate features a vibrant reddish-brown color and smooth texture, free from foreign flavors or particles. It is free from added sugars and preservatives and must be stored frozen at -18°C or below to preserve its freshness.
