ORGANIC RICE STARCH NON EU

Organic Rice Starch NON EU is a native starch extracted from "ORGANIC" rice of 100% extra EU origin (Pakistan and India). Extraction from selected organic rice is carried out by mechanical action and using pure water and technological adjuvants. Drying does not change product properties which is marketed in the form of white light powder, insoluble in fresh water, with a neutral taste and flavour. The Organic certification is issued by Italian Authority recognized with Ministerial Ordinance.
RICE STARCH

Rice starch is a native starch extracted from broken rice of 100% EU origin (Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain, France). Extraction from selected rice is carried out by mechanical action and using water and technological adjuvants; drying does not change product properties which is marketed in the form of white light powder, insoluble in fresh water, with a neutral taste and flavour. It is used primarily as a thickener.
RICE STARCH WX-HS

Rice starch – WX-HS" is a starch extracted from "WAXY" rice of 100% Extra EU origin (Thailand, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam). Extraction from selected rice is carried out by mechanical action and using pure water and technological adjuvants; drying does not change product properties which is marketed in the form of white light powder, insoluble in fresh water, with a neutral taste and flavour. The main feature of “WAXY” rice is the increased presence of amylopectin which makes the ingredient very resistant to retrogradation. Rice starch – WX-HS has the quality to withstand high temperatures and acidic pH.
