EPOTEC RD 108G

EPOTEC RD 108G is mono-glycidyl ether of C12-C14 fatty alcohol. The primary use of EPOTEC RD 108G is as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins. EPOTEC RD 108G is compatible in all concentrations with epoxy resin and those resins blends can be cured with variety of epoxy hardeners. EPOTEC RD 108G is 100% bio-based product.

EPOTEC YDF 170 LCG

Epotec YDF 170 LCG est un éther diglycidylique non modifié à faible viscosité de bisphénol F. Epotec YDF 170 LCG offre une résistance à la cristallisation améliorée par rapport à Epotec YDF 170. Il offre un avantage en termes de traitement en raison de sa faible viscosité et offre une meilleure résistance chimique par rapport aux résines liquides à base de bisphénol-A. Il réduit la viscosité sans affecter les paramètres de performance, contrairement à la résine modifiée au diluant réactif qui affecte considérablement la résistance chimique et thermique du système. Epotec YDF 170 LCG est produit à partir d’épichlorhydrine dérivée de l’énergie renouvelable sous-produit du biodiesel, glycérine. Le contenu biosourcé est de 28 à 31 %.

EPOTEC RD 105

Epotec RD 105 est un diluant réactif monofonctionnel à base d’o-Cresol. L’utilisation principale d’Epotec RD 105 est la réduction de la viscosité des résines époxy conventionnelles. Les mélanges ainsi préparés peuvent réagir avec tous les agents de durcissement courants utilisés pour le durcissement de la résine époxy. Epotec RD 105 est connu pour son excellente conservation des propriétés de résistance mécanique et chimique par rapport aux autres diluants monoépoxydes, il n’influence pas non plus la réactivité des mélanges comme c’est le cas dans le cas des diluants réactifs monofonctionnels aliphatiques.
