POLYLYSINE est un polyacide aminé à chaîne droite qui relie 25 à 35 résidus de L-lysine, caractérisé par une liaison peptidique entre le groupe amino epsilon et le groupe carboxyle de la L-lysine, une sorte d’acide aminé essentiel.
