BENZOYL PEROXIDE
BENZOYL PEROXIDE is an antibiotic and skin-peeling agent, Benzoyl Peroxide works by reducing the amount of acne-causing bacteria and by causing the skin to dry and peel off. The appearance is white or almost white, amorphous or granular powder. Practically insoluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, soluble in acetone, soluble in dichloromethane, chloroform, and ether with separation of water.
