WILLING PVI (CTP)
WILLING PVI (CTP) is a pre-vulcanisation inhibitor that offers predictable scorch control in most sulphur vulcanisation processes. It improves cost performance by enabling marginal stock recovery, single-stage mixing, and higher processing and curing temperatures. With linear and higher activity than most retarders, it may cause bloom above 0.5 phr. This anti-scorching agent is suitable for both natural and synthetic rubber.
