METASHINE® effect pigments are produced from microscopic amorphous glass flake substrates and coated with a variety of NSGproprietary surface treatments to produce a consistent and well-controlled color, glitter and luster effect.
Each grade consists of a tightly controlled particle size distribution to provide a range of effects from isolated starlight to a shimmering metallic lustre. The coated glass flakes are also extremely thin and therefore have a high covering power and nice skin feel.
The flat and smooth surface of particles impart strong and pure color effect. NSG expertise in glass production and coating technologies enable full tracability and quality controle.
