Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Engevita® Vegevita Flakes is a savory tasting inactivated yeast rich in B-group vitamins and zinc. It is specially grown and processed from primary yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). The yeast is roller drum dried to homogeneous flakes. As a result Engevita® Vegevita Flakes is a vegetarian and valuable source of zinc, vitamin B12 and other B-group vitamins and it provides high quality proteins and natural fibers.
