FLEXIWET PD-30EB is a partially fluorinated surfactant, providing an outstanding foaming properties.
FLEXIWET PD-30EB is well suited for formulating alcohol-containing personal care products that require foam delivery. Dramatic foaming properties of ethanol/water mixtures can be achieved with the addition of 3.0 to 8.0% of FLEXIWET PD-30EB. A 5% level in a 2:1 ethanol: water mixture delivers with aspiration a shaving cream consistency. Lower levels produce wetter foam; higher levels produce drier foam.
