Vylon® Hochmolekulare Copolyester - Vielseitige Performance für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen

VYLON 200 is a high molecular weight copolyester, with high Tg. VYLON 200 has an excellent adhesion to various substrate materials such as PET, PVC, and metals. VYLON 200 is suitable for inks, primers, coating and adhesion, heat seal lacquers for flexible food packaging. VYLON 200 has an excellent flexibility, bending performance, workability, corrosion resistance, durability, heat-resistance, solvent solubility, pigment dispersibility and flame resistance. VYLON 200 is compliant with FDA 175.105 (only for non alcoholic food and beverage) and EC 10/2011.

VYLON 103 is a high molecular weight copolyester with medium Tg. VYLON 103 has very good adhesion properties on PVC, PET and other plastics. VYLON 103 is compliant with FDA 175.105 and EC 10/2011.

VYLON 600 is a high molecular weight copolyester with medium Tg. VYLON 600 has excellent adhesion strength on metal, PET and PVC. Particularly recommended on coil coating and TTR. VYLON 600 is compliant with FDA 175.105 (only for non alcoholic food and beverage) and EC 10/2011.

VYLON 256 is a high molecular weight copolyester with high Tg. Vylon 256 is recommended as primer for aluminium foil with excellent adhesion and weatherability. Soluble in MEK and Ethyl Acetate. VYLON 256 is compliant for food contact (175.300, non alcoholic food and beverage) and EC 10/2011.

VYLON GK-888 is a high molecular weight copolyester, with high Tg. VYLON GK-888 has an excellent chemical resistance due to its high Tg. VYLON GK-888 is suitable for can and coil coatings. VYLON GK-888 is compliant with FDA 175.105 and EC 10/2011

VYLON GK-810 is highly polymerized and amorphous copolyester resin. Exhibits weather resistance, corrosion resistance, pigment dispersing ability, formability and bending ability. Shows good adhesion on metals, polyester films and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) films. Cross-links with melamine, isocyanates, epoxies, etc. when tough and durable coating layer is required. Can be dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone, toluene and general purpose organic solvents. Suitable for inks. Applications include coil, can, magnetic and PCM (precoated metal) coatings.

VYLON GK-150 Adhesion promoter for specialty multi-layer PET films, and coatings where bonding to PET, Metal or glass is required.

VYLON 670T is high molecular weight co-polyesters as adhesion promoters for PET and aluminium.

VYLON SS-3300 is a co-polyester/amorphous resin primarily designed for can coating applications, both interior and exterior. It boasts excellent retort resistance and food acid resistance, along with good solubility and compatibility with other polyester materials. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to aluminum and tin plate surfaces. Its constituent monomers conform to FDA§175.300 and EU No.10/2011 regulations, although some catalyst components are not listed in the positive lists of these regulations.

VYLON GK-369 is a high-quality polyester resin with exceptional formability. It exhibits excellent compatibility with other polyester materials, making it a versatile choice for various applications. Its strong adhesion to metal and PET film ensures reliable bonding in different production processes. Moreover, VYLON GK-369 comprises of monomers which are compliant with FDA§175.300 and EC Regulation 10/2011, providing peace of mind for applications in contact with food and other sensitive materials.

VYLON GK-367 Adhesion promoter for specialty multi-layer PET films, and coatings where bonding to PET, Metal or glass is required.

VYLON GK 330 is a high molecular weight copolyesterwith low Tg (16°C). It has excellent formability and very good compatibility with GK-880 and GK-640. Food contact approved.

VYLONAL MD-2000 is a waterbased, high molecular weight copolyesters. VYLONAL MD-2000 series have a high Tg, are 100% solvent free and have Good adhesion strength on PET. VYLONAL MD-2000 series are compliant with FDA 175.105 and EC 10/2011.
