INCOZOL® 2 acts as an effective moisture scavenger in polyurethane coatings and sealants. It is used to eliminate moisture from solvents, polyols and prepolymers and also from plasticisers and pigments. It removes residual moisture from the formulation and prevents bubbling and downglossing caused by high moisture levels either on the substrate or from the atmosphere. INCOZOL® 2 is used in one or two component systems but is not generally recommended in one component systems with a low NCO content.

INCOZOL® 4 is a bis-oxazolidine curing agent, which hydrolyses on exposure to moisture, yielding a reactive amine and hydroxyl functional cross-linking agent. INCOZOL® 4 can be used in both one and two component PU systems. In one component systems it is normally used with aliphatic prepolymers. In two component systems it can also be used with aromatic prepolymers or isocyanates.

Aldirez A is a bis-aldimine and works as an accelerator for moisture cure PU primers that hydrolyse on exposure to moisture, yielding a reactive amine crosslinker and an aldehyde. Aldirez A is specially designed to accelerate cure in moisture cure PU systems and is suitable for use with both aromatic and aliphatic prepolymers. Aldirez A inhibits CO2 generation and it allows the formulator to accelerate the cure of PU primers with a workable application potlife.

Aldirez BH is an aldimine latent curing agent that hydrolyses on exposure to moisture, yielding a reactive amine crosslinker. Aldirez BH is specially designed for one component PU systems and is suitable for use with both aromatic and aliphatic prepolymers where it is used to prevent gassing in sealant and adhesive applications.

INCOZOL® EH is a urethane bis-oxazolidine latent hardener for use in 1K polyurethane coatings, adhesives and sealants. Used in conjunction with low NCO polyurethane prepolymers, this hardener accelerates the cure of the prepolymer through a moisture triggered mechanism to afford crosslinking benefits to the 1K urethane. In addition, it enhances properties such as through cure development and mechanical strength through the elimination of CO2 gassing in high build, high solids PU systems. INCOZOL® EH confers tolerance to the repeated opening of containers and can be used as a versatile curing agent with 2 or 4 functional mix ratios.

INCOZOL® LVis a reactive diluent designed to help producers of polyurethane coatings and sealants attain low VOC systems. It is used in the formulation of two component coatings where INCOZOL® LV replaces a portion of the polyol component, for example, automotive refinish and OEM coatings. Other uses include high solids PU coatings for boats, industrial maintenance, aircraft, automotive sealants, anti-graffiti lacquers and waterproof coatings

Amirez 148/055 is a water soluble polyamine curing agent designed to produce very tough and durable high gloss waterbased surface coatings with both liquid and solid epoxy resins. In particular, this curing agent provides excellent hardness and cure development.

Amirez 148/270 is a water soluble polyamine curing agent for liquid epoxy resins. It is specifically designed for use in high build systems of 1-3mm film thickness.

Incorez STP is an aliphatic Silane Terminated Polyurethane that combines the properties of polyurethane with those of a silicone but without their respective drawbacks. This prepolymer is primarily designed to act as a binder for moisture-curing sealants and elastic adhesives. It is a high molecular weight prepolymer consisting of a polyurethane backbone and a tri-functional silane end group.
