WACKER® CATALYST N1 catalyst is a tertiary amine which has a strong influence on the urea (waterisocyanate) reaction in flexible and rigid polyurethane foam which helps in production of open celled and split free flexible polyurethane foam. It consists of 70% bis(2-Dimethylaminoethyl) ether diluted with 30% dipropylene glycol.

WACKER L793 is an industry standard, general purpose silicone surfactant for rigid PU foams which is hydrolytically stable and uniquely homogenous. It is ready to use nonionic silicone surfactant. It provide extremely fine cell, good foam flow and even density distribution and has good surface quality. It keeps good balance between initial cell stabilization and final cell opening.​

WACKER® CATALYST N3

WACKER® CATALYST N3 is a tertiary amine composed of a gel and a blow catalyst providing a balanced reactivity for a wide variety of flexible slab stock foam formulations. It can be used in combination with methylene chloride or other auxiliary blowing agent that tend to destabilize foam formulations. It can be useful for both high and low density foam formulations.

WACKER® CATALYST T1

WACKER® CATALYST T1 is the stannous salt of ethyl hexanoic acid, it is also known as stannous octoate. The gelation reaction between polyol and isocyanate during the manufacture of polyurethane foam is catalyzed through the use of stannous octoate catalyst. By varying the amount of stannous octoate in the formulation a balance between blowing and gelling can be achieved in the formulation.
