Litex N VT-LA is an aqueous, colloidal dispersion of a carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer with a medium acrylonitrile level. The dispersion contains an anionic emulsifier system and is stabilized with an antioxidant. Litex N VT-LA is used mainly to manufacture dipped goods and should be vulcanized. These articles have a good resistance to oils, petrol, greases and plasticizers.

LITEX ALKASHIELD 1543 is an aqueous, anionic dispersion of a carboxylated self-crosslinking butadiene styrene copolymer containing a non-staining antioxidant. LITEX ALKASHIELD 1543 is a binder for glass-fibre fabrics and has excellent adhesion to mineral substrates. After drying and curing at temperatures above 140 °C the polymer forms a tack-free, soft to medium stiff film with excellent water and alkali resistance. LITEX ALKASHIELD 1543 can be applied by all common techniques. To vary the hand of the finished fabrics, it may be blended with softer or harder SYNTHOMER latices.
