Hydrogenated Polyisobutene. Fancol® Polyiso® 800-CG by Elementis is a waterproofing agent. It is a non-animal origin skin- & hair care additive for cosmetics and toiletries. This long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon is stable in a very wide pH range (pH 4-9). It enhances shine and provides lubricity. It is used as a substitute for mineral oil. Fancol® Polyiso® 800-CG is used in decorative cosmetics, lipsticks, hair relaxers, hair styling aids, creams, lotions, sunscreen preparations, shave preparations, antiperspirants and setting gels & sprays. It holds ISO 9001 certification. The shelf life of this ingredient is 3 years.

Fancol ID-CG is a highly branched aliphatic hydrocarbon. It is soluble with silicones, hydrocarbons, isoparaffin and mineral spirits. It enhances the feel of the product, leaving a long lasting film forming and wear resistant properties.
