RHOPLEX PB-1000 Emulsion Polymer is an all-acrylic polymer designed for use in primers and basecoats for roofing applications. Products made with RHOPLEX PB-1000 Emulsion Polymer exhibit excellent adhesion to asphaltic surfaces and single-ply membrane substrates, such as EPDM; good asphalt bleed resistance; and good adhesion to polyurethane foam, metal, concrete, and other common roofing materials. RHOPLEX PB 1000 Emulsion Polymer may enable primer formulations compatible with a variety of topcoat chemistries, including silicone-based topcoat systems. RHOPLEX PB-1000 Emulsion Polymer is not designed or appropriate as a finish or topcoat primary polymer. RHOPLEX PB-1000 Emulsion Polymer contains no intentionally added alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO) surfactants and no intentionally added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

RHOPLEX™ 4400 is a 100% acrylic polymer emulsion designed to provide wide formulation latitude for caulks and sealants. This high solids, low Tg emulsion can be formulated without plasticizer to meet the performance requirements of ASTM C834 and C920 Class 12.5 to Class 35. Sealants formulated with RHOPLEX™ 4400 demonstrate reduced dirt pick-up, mildew growth and paint discoloration, as well as excellent weatherability.
