Deuteron LE 292 is an anti-static additive based on a novel esterquat. It is available as a 90% solution in Isopropanol. In contrast to anti-static additives based on TAA salts. Deuteron LE 292 has a significantly lower toxicity and it’s active content is 100% biodegradable (according to OECD). The content of renewable raw materials is approx. 70%.
Compared to TAAS-based conductivity promoters, Deuteron LE 292 is not water soluble – this can prove advantageous in the case of wash-out effects.
Deuteron LE 292 can be used in polyurethane foams, casting resins, floor coatings or printing inks to impart anti-static effects.

DEUTERON SF 707 is Duroplastic additive for haptic surface modification. Deuteron SF 707 increases the smoothness and adds a pleasant grip to the surface. It includes neither waxes nor silicones. The matting effect is smooth, so that the haptic can be adjusted, without heavily influencing the gloss level. The unique synthesis of Deuteron SF surface additives leads to compact particle structures with high hardness and low COF (coefficient of friction) – this property makes them excellent alternatives to traditional PTFE based additives. Deuterol 201 E is a defoaming dispersing agent for fillers and pigments in water soluble and water miscible primers and lacquers. The wetting effect of Deuterol 201 E in primers and one-coat lacquers, which are applied to badly degreased metal substrates, considerably improves the adhesion of the coating film to the metal substrate. The product also shows a defoaming effect in the manufacture as well in the processing of water dilutable systems.
