SILICONE MASTERBATCH LYSI-306H is an upgraded version of LYSI-306 that has enhanced compatibility with PP-Homo matrix. This results in lower phase segregation of the final surface, reducing fogging, VOCs, and odors. LYSI-306H also improves the long-lasting anti-scratch properties of automotive interiors, offering improvements in quality, aging, hand feel, and reduced dust buildup. It is suitable for a variety of automotive interior surfaces, such as door panels, dashboards, center consoles, and instrument panels.

LYSI-403 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxan polymer, dispersed in a Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE). It is widely used as an efficient additive for TPEE compatible resin systems to improve the process properties and surface quality, such as mold filling, surface finish, reduced co-efficent of friction, and scratch resistance.

LYSI-409 is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in thermoplastic urethanes (TPU). It is widely used as an efficient additive for TPU compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar and abrasion resistance, etc.
