PROTERRA® 2100 SERIES

ProTerra® 2100 is a dry, unflavored textured pea protein in crumbles or granules form for plant-based meat alternative applications. Produced from non-GMO, gluten-free and allergen-free pea protein by extrusion technology, it resembles the appearance, mouthfeel and fibrous texture of meat when hydrated.
