The concentrate has an acidity level of 1.0% - 4.0% (target 2.0 - 2.2%) and a pH range of 2.8 - 4.0, ensuring a balanced taste profile. Free from additives, GMOs, and allergens (except for apple), it meets strict microbiological standards and is safe for consumption. Ideal for food and beverage applications, it is packed in a 22 kg aseptic bag within a pail and should be stored at -18°C or below for optimal freshness.
