Application: It partially and or totally replaces any modified starch (potato, corn, rice and or wheat origin) and Wheat-Flour commonly used by the Veggie Burger industry. It is an excellent emulsifying, thickening, texturizing and stabilizing agent providing a low Water-Activity characteristic (aw).
