Carfosel™ B-940 is a phosphate speciality designed for the production of seafoods and meat. Its unique composition ensures an easy and complete dissolution in the brine, a very good brine stability and an excellent colour development in the meat.
DISODIUM PHOSPHATE ANH FG White powder or fine granular, efflorescent in air, easily soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol, its water solution is slightly alkaline, relative density at 1.63, melting point at 34.6℃.
CEAMGUM FF 92-400 is a gellan gum-based product. Gellan gum is a gelling polysaccharide obtained from the fermentation of a carbohydrate with the bacteria Spingomonas Elodea. It forms brittle and thermo- irreversible gels.
