FULL FAT SOY FLOUR - ENZYME ACTIVE is obtained by using best quality soybean seeds as raw material. Soybean go through many processes such as cleaning, conditioning, de-stoning, de-hulling, cracking, flaking and finally the process of grinding of flakes we get off white to light yellowish colour full fat soya flour. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is a highly concentrated (>95% effective ingredient concentration) lecithin powder with a light brown colour derived from Non-GM sunflower seeds. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is also an emulsifier, antioxidant, and dispersing agent. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is primarily used as an additive for chocolates, baked goods, pastries, confectionary, instant drinks and various other foodstuffs. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) has excellent emulsifying, wetting, dispersing, stabilising and blending properties, as well as being an effective viscosity reducing agent.
