Robac Arbestab Z is a zinc diisononyldithiocarbamate accelerator designed for the prevulcanization of high-ammonia natural rubber latex, effectively minimizing health concerns related to N-nitrosamines and Type IV allergens. It ensures excellent transparency, color stability, and UV resistance in latex films, making it ideal for applications in toys and baby care products. Additionally, Arbestab Z complies with BS EN 71:2016 and BS EN 12868:2017 safety standards, and is approved by the German BfR for use in manufacturing toys and toy balloons.

VIACRYL® SC 124/50WS is a thermoplastic methacrylate resin known for its excellent compatibility with alkyd resins and rapid solvent release. It provides superior through-drying, surface hardness, and color stability under light, dark, and elevated temperatures. This resin is ideal for maintenance and architectural paints, as well as air-drying and forced drying industrial enamels, including satin gloss and flat structured finishes.

An acrylic polyol with 1.7 % OH (calculated on non-volatiles). Excellent fast drying, very good through hardening, good stackability, long potlife, good chemical resistance, excellent mar and stain resistance, good light fastness, good compatibility with polyisocyanates.

Robac ZDEC is a versatile rubber accelerator, serving as an active secondary accelerator in NR, SBR, NBR, and EPDM compounds, and as a primary accelerator in latex applications. It is commonly used in IRP mouldings, extrusions, and latex compounds. It enhances vulcanization efficiency, improving the mechanical properties of rubber products. Additionally, it offers excellent scorch safety, reducing the risk of premature vulcanization. Robac ZDEC is also used as an antioxidant in adhesive systems.
