Phosphatidylcholine works as an emulsifier and wetting agent for topical emulsions. Phosphatidylcholine serves as a precursor of liposomes in enhancing the penetration of encapsulated ingredients into the skin for the preparation of functional cosmetic products. PC Content: 25%.
