Luna-black N550 is a medium surface area rubber black, used in extrusion and other rubber applications.
Luna PTSI is used in the formulation of polyurethane products as a reactive additive with low viscosity. Luna PTSI prevents moisture related problems by reacting with trace moisture. Excess water reacts with Luna PTSI towards the corresponding carbamic acid, which undergoes immediate decomposition to form carbon dioxide and the relatively inert p- toluenesulfonamide, which is commonly used as a plasticizer.
