INCOZOL® 2는 폴리우레탄 코팅 및 실란트에서 효과적인 수분 제거제 역할을 합니다. 용제, 폴리올 및 예비 중합체와 가소제 및 안료에서 수분을 제거하는 데 사용됩니다. 제형에 남아 있는 수분을 제거하고 기판 또는 대기의 높은 수분 수준으로 인한 기포 및 다운글로싱을 방지합니다. INCOZOL® 2는 하나 또는 두 개의 구성 요소 시스템에 사용되지만 일반적으로 NCO 함량이 낮은 단일 구성 요소 시스템에는 권장되지 않습니다.

INCOZOL® LV는 폴리우레탄 코팅 및 실란트 생산업체가 낮은 VOC 시스템을 달성할 수 있도록 설계된 반응성 희석제입니다. INCOZOL® LV가 폴리올 성분의 일부를 대체하는 2액형 코팅(예: 자동차 보수용 도료 및 OEM 도료)의 제형에 사용됩니다. 다른 용도로는 보트, 산업 유지 보수, 항공기, 자동차 실란트, 낙서 방지 래커 및 방수 코팅용 고형분 PU 코팅이 있습니다.

Aldirez A is a bis-aldimine and works as an accelerator for moisture cure PU primers that hydrolyse on exposure to moisture, yielding a reactive amine crosslinker and an aldehyde. Aldirez A is specially designed to accelerate cure in moisture cure PU systems and is suitable for use with both aromatic and aliphatic prepolymers. Aldirez A inhibits CO2 generation and it allows the formulator to accelerate the cure of PU primers with a workable application potlife.

Aldirez BH is an aldimine latent curing agent that hydrolyses on exposure to moisture, yielding a reactive amine crosslinker. Aldirez BH is specially designed for one component PU systems and is suitable for use with both aromatic and aliphatic prepolymers where it is used to prevent gassing in sealant and adhesive applications.

Amirez 148/055 is a water soluble polyamine curing agent designed to produce very tough and durable high gloss waterbased surface coatings with both liquid and solid epoxy resins. In particular, this curing agent provides excellent hardness and cure development.

Amirez 148/270 is a water soluble polyamine curing agent for liquid epoxy resins. It is specifically designed for use in high build systems of 1-3mm film thickness.
