LUNA-CURE M-CDEA는 규칙적인 고압축 하중에서 낮은 열 축적, 최대 150°C(300°F)의 우수한 가수분해 저항, 낮은 마모로 우수한 기계적 특성을 제공하며 리본 플로우 기술로 쉽게 처리할 수 있습니다.

LUNA-SIL VTEO는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 불포화 폴리에스테르 등 다양한 폴리머의 성능을 향상시키는 다용도 커플링 및 가교제입니다. 이 제품은 유리 섬유 및 무기 충전재와 수지의 친화력을 효과적으로 개선하여 실란 가교 폴리에틸렌으로 만든 케이블 및 파이프에 이상적인 선택입니다. Lunacure DDS provides excellent high temperature properties and chemical resistance. Amongst the amine curing agents it provides the best retention of strength after prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. It is mixed with epoxy resins in the 20-30 phr range with cure temperatures ranging from 115-150°C. Because of its low reactivity, LUNACURE DDS is usually employed with an accelerator, such as Dihydrazide and BF3-amines complexes. These compositions are also stable at room temperature but cure when heated.

Luna-cure CDEA’s low viscosity and high MW make it useful for use in various thermoplastic applications. It can be used as an intermediate used to produce polyurethane additives, or as a sealant for polyolefin films.

Luna-cure CDEA can also be used in the manufacture of pesticide active ingredients.
