BILLIONS™  BLR-896 pigment is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is specifically designed for industrial coatings but also performs well in architectural coatings. With its optimized alumina and silica coating, it is designed to provide superior eatherability for demanding exterior applications, whilst also delivering good optical performance and excellent dispersibility.
