Luna-cure 4,4 DDS

Lunacure DDS provides excellent high temperature properties and chemical resistance. Amongst the amine curing agents it provides the best retention of strength after prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. It is mixed with epoxy resins in the 20-30 phr range with cure temperatures ranging from 115-150°C. Because of its low reactivity, LUNACURE DDS is usually employed with an accelerator, such as Dihydrazide and BF3-amines complexes. These compositions are also stable at room temperature but cure when heated.

• One Component Adhesives
• Solid Epoxy Adhesives and Powder Coatings
• Prepregs and Film Adhesives
• Electronic Potting and Encapsulating Compounds

Luna-vin VAGC-W

Luna-vin VAGC-W is a directly polymerised resin, perfect for a range of coating applications. It is made from a blend of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and hydroxyalkyl acrylate, giving it excellent adhesive properties on a range of substrates, including foil, metal, wood, plastic and fabric. One of the key benefits of Luna-vin VAGC-W is its ability to be used in either clear or pigmented coatings. Luna-vin VAGC-W can also be used in adhesives, and gravure printing inks.

Luna-matt 70

Luna-matt 70 is a new version matting hardener for hybrid powder coatings. It can produce gloss level less than 3% by selecting proper polyester resins. Compared with the typical type of matt hardener, Luna-matt 70 can provide excellent anti-yellowing, color stability and gloss stability at over baking condition, special application in light color powder coating. It can also provide good surface properties such as excellent flow, smooth surface and excellent finger print resistance.

Luna-pox RD 746 is a monofunctional reactive diluent, used in combination with liquid epoxy resins to reduce the viscosity, and improve the subsequent flexibility. Luna-pox RD746 has low volatility and can be used in applications ranging from floor coatings, concrete repair mortars, cast electronics and adhesives.
